Primary point of contact for assigned category sellers/brands
- Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining a high-value, long-lasting relationship
- Responsible for regular business planning & support execution with assigned accounts
- Facilitate overall portfolio growth
- Advise Seller/Brand on how best to optimize the value of their products onsite
- Strategic sales management – identify and advise available promotion/selling opportunities to increase overall sales eg. relevant marketing campaigns, purchase of onsite estate, etc
- Brand management – identify and encourage participation in opportunities to increase branding & recall value eg. PR events, sponsorships, etc
- Production optimization – identify and resolve gaps contributing to slow/stagnant catalogue growth
- Product pricing and selections – identify and advice on competitive pricing and market demand for more targeted selling success
- Drive achievement of key performance targets including catalogue growth, net revenue as well as overall business values including unparalleled customer service
- Identify any Seller/Brand operations issues and coordinate with Operations unit to manage proper resolutions and improvements to address the issues
- Liaise with Category Manager to understand and identify overall catalogue optimization needs
