In addition, their behavior might be regressed, secretive, and incongruous; and they might be confused, withdrawn, and disoriented. Their affect is likely to be blunted, and they may report hallucinations. Possible diagnoses include schizophrenic, schizophreniform, and brief reactive psychosis.
