Profound strengths. Leaders are encouraged to leverage their strengths. Our research indicates that leaders with two or three profound strengths create extraordinary results in the organization.
Fatal flaws. A fatal flaw is a weakness so serious that it undermines their efforts in all areas. If they have a fatal flaw, they will develop an action plan to change this behavior. They may ask for your help in making this change.
