This aims to study the efficiency methanol extract of longan seeds for antibacterial antimalarial and cytotoxicity test to Vero cells (monkey kidney cell) with sulforhodamine B examination. The Methanol extracts was tested antibacterial activity of pathogenic bacteria, including five species of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Psuedomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli and one species of pathogenic yeast is Candida albicans.
