How do I unmark a payment that I marked as paid?
To unmark a payment that you marked as paid, please follow the instructions below:
1. Access the payment receipt (from payment history or from Receipts button in the account details screen.
2. Tap on Unmark Payment.
3. The payment receipt will no longer be shown, and the bill will be shown
We always encourage our members to communicate with each other when there's a problem with a transaction. The first step is to contact the member through the Resolution Center and try to resolve the problem.
To start the resolution process, please tell us what your problem is:
I bought an item. I sold an item.
I haven't received it yet.
I haven't received my payment yet.
I received an item that does not match the seller's description.
Unpaid Item Assistant is a feature that automates the process of opening and closing future unpaid item cases if your listings offer eBay Checkout and approved electronic payment methods.
Benefits of the Unpaid Item Assistant:
Automatic opening and closing a case - after you turn it on you no longer need to manually open or close a case. We do it for you based on your desired time.
Get your final value fee credit faster - the buyer has up to 4 days to pay you after the case is open. If they don't, we will automatically close the case and credit your final value fee. If they pay, we will automatically close the case so you don't have to.
Feedback protection - Buyers can't leave feedback until they complete the transaction with you.
