• Vigorously investigate all cost data input/output from the system. Communicate possible problem areas to the PM and those responsible for cost control, including the PCM.
•• Review internal and contract scope changes and discuss findings with PM before estimating the cost effect and entry in the cost control records.
• • Degree in Engineering and/or 2 years in an appropriate engineering environment.
• Ability to use standard costing packages as well as other MS packages.
• Ability to produce reports and status documents to a fixed time table.
• Ability to extract from contract documents requirement for cost control and invoicing.
