The password resets, and the forgotten password links do not work and I have now given up trying to get into my account.
Your personal support from an email point of view was great but your technological department is not good!
In fact I am not sure if I had actually forgotten my password when trying to log on to Lasada, it may have been that there was a technical problem stopping me from logging on and telling me that my password was wrong when in fact it may have been the correct one
I have no further time to play this game with Lasada and therefor will, because I cannot log on, ever be able to purchase from your company again
