The scavenging activity against ABT

The scavenging activity against ABTS radicals was performedusing the method of Su et al. with a few modifications [10]. ABTS+ were produced by reacting ABTS solution (7 mM) with potassiumpersulphate (2.45 mM), then reacted for 16 h at room temperature in the dark. A total of 2.5 mL of diluted ABTS+ solution was added to 1 mL of the ABM extract and the absorbance was measured at 734 nm after 6 min.
