The basic form of situated learning is sustained participation, from peripheral towards center, in communities of practice where the newcomer become old timer. Sharing with the view of learning with “social learning theory” [16] and “Social development theory” [17][18]. The former viewed learning occurs through social interaction, which is dynamic interaction between the learner and the environment. The later emphasized that individual development depends on collectively generated in everyday action. Situated learning emphasized transformation via legitimate peripheral participation communities of practice, which learners change their understanding, the problem-solving ability, roles and responsibilities through observation, collaboration, interaction and communication. It is important for AR to design the suitable strategies, which is collaborative, interactive and friendly for observation and communication, integrated the real world situation to keep learner sustained participation. Herrinton described a number of formats situation learning activities could be used to guide AR instructional design [19].
