To monitor and control charge privileges, front office staff must check if the total net purchases are less
than the maximum house limit (i.e. hotel's limit).
Each day, lists of guests with high risk or high balance accounts shall be communicated to all point of sale outlets.
This is crucial, failing to do so, will let point of sales outlets continue giving charge privileges to a point that eventually the Bank can refuse to pay the amount of money exceeding its limit (i.e. Visa Debit Card)
This will cause very serious financial losses to the hotel.
