Age over 35 Years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
• At least 10 years’ experience working in Employee Relation and 5 years’ experience working in Managerial Level.
• Strong knowledge in Labor Law
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure
• Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Have experience in Retail Business will be an advantage.
