Moisture, ash, and protein contents (in triplicate) were determined
in accordancewith AOAC (Cunniff, 1998). Total nitrogenwas converted
into protein by the specific factor, 5.8. Total lipids (TL)were extracted by
the Bligh and Dyer (1959) method. The analysis results are expressed in
percentage (%) in peel, pulp, or seed mass.
