This contract is made by and between Mrs.Titaporn Porntummachat By Mr.Tostada Porntummachat residing at the number 80 Sub district Plubpla District Wangthonglang Province Bangkok 10230 Tel. 094-3969556 hereinafter called the "Lessor" one the part,
and Mr. Anan Sriprommarak residing at the number 46/19 Sriwiang Sub district Maesot District Maesot Province Tak Postcode Tel. 095-8795987 hereinafter called the "Lessee" other party.
Both parties agree to enter into the Condominium Lease agreement with the following terms
and conditions as in the followings.
Clause 1.The Lessor agrees to lease to the lessee and the lessee agrees to take on lease a condominium,
Unit No. C-810 Address No 15/636 in the area of 29.03 sq.m. Building C Floor 8 Soi Ramkhamhaeng 9 Road Ramkhamhaeng Sub district Huamark District Bangkapi Province Bangkok Postcode 10240
Clause 2. The Lessor agrees to lease to the lessee and the lessee agrees to Leased Room according to Clause 1. at the monthly rental of 8,000 Baht (Eight thousand baht) The Lessee must take the rental payment in advance by the 1
each month at the bank account of Lessor. And the execution hereof , the Lessee pay the deposit of 16,000 baht
(Ten thousand and six thousand baht) The Lease of the leased room under Clause 2. Shall be for a period of 1 Year commencing as from 1 August 2015 and expiring on 31 July 2016 . The Lessor to be held as security
Against the performance of the lessee’s obligations under this Agreement and against any damage that may occur to
the lessor. The deposit shall not be substituted as prepaid monthly rental nor be use by the lessee as an excuse not to pay the monthly rental as stipulated herein.
Clause 3. The Lessee pays electricity charge shall be collected according to government agency’s debit note.
And water supply charge shall be collected in accordance with rates as collected by juristic person office of that place.
Clause 4. The Lessee shall not alter or modify the leased property or perform any act that cause any damage and defect to the lease property. The Lessor is entitled to have the lessee remove such alternation and addition , and restore the Lease Property to its original condition at the lessee’s expenses. If the Lessee fails to perform the said ,
The Lessor is entitled to have the other person do it. It this regard the Lessee shall be responsible for all kinds of
expenses and damages incurred.
This Agreement is made in duplicate with identical contents each of which is retained by each party . Having read and understood the entire contents , both parties set their signatures in witness where of before witness here in bolow.
In case of lessee check out before the contract agreement terminated , Lessor will not cash the deposit back irrespective of all cases.
