Today, Wang, his wife, and three children live a secluded life on a large estate near Oyster Bay on long lsland. Unlike other software moguls such as Gates and Oracle's Lawrence Ellison, who are outgoing and play to the media, Wang has recreated (only in a deluxe fashion) the isolation he expe menced in his formative years in New York city. That may have been nearly 50 years ago, but Wang hasn' forgotten. The isolated and angry man of to day has been largely forged by his early family experiences.
