We are currently seeking for highly-motivated and energetic candidates to join our team:
Job description
•Ensure all bookings as per requests from customers and follow up of un-confirmed bookings with hub and booked shpts with customers
•Provide customer service ( Status Update , Follow up of discrepancies case if any)
•Timely cancellation of spaces if any.
•Utilizations of maximum space allocated
•Coordinate with GHA , Airport Staff , HUB team and Destination offices
•Process all associated documentation (manually/through automated systems) relating to the shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Similar Trade
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Pro-active , organized and ability to multi-task
- Able to start work immediately
