Job Role:
• Provide the service solutions for the requisitions of data, reports, user authorization and training received from Clients and Operations Teams which the clients aligned with Operations Service Team as per SLA established.
• Also collaborate with DKSH IT teams, clients, Operations learn for the service solutions
Responsibilities:
1. Follow established guidelines and procedures to deliver the “on time and accurate” service solutions for the internal and external customers requested.
a. Prepare, consolidate and submit the data for monthly client KPI Reports within the timeline
b. Handle daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc requested reports
2. Prepare and submit Monthly Performance Report to manager
3. Work with the relevant teams for solutions provided to satisfy the internal and external customers requested
4. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director
