* Determining recruitment and selection strategies on sourcing suitable candidates according to the talent qualification demand from clients in order to ensure the efficient provision of employment within the appropriate timeframe.
* Planning the resources to complete projects, sourcing and approaching candidates and offering them new job opportunities and interviewing candidates.
* Conducting competency-based interviews, tests and related activities.
* Maintaining the good relationship with clients and negotiating with clients in the necessary situation.
* Reporting the selected candidates to clients and assisting the further selection process.
