CONCLUSIONS
Our results demonstrate that nanometer droplet sizes
could be yielded by the chosen emulsification phase inversion (EPI) method and suggest that the main factor for fine
emulsion formation should be attributed to the kinetics of
the emulsification process and consequently the change of
the surfactant molecule curvature during this process.
The results obtained on 15 years old stable O=W nanoemulsion for zeta potential and globule sizes allow us to suggest that the yielded nanoemulsion system is quite stable.
