RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer / make telephone calls from / to customers
• Receive claims form and documents from walk-in customers
• Review customers’ claim and print out related benefits schedule(s)
• Prepare and send out letters to customers / hospitals
• Mapping additional claim supporting document (s) to its/their file and forward to the responsible loss adjuster
• Process medical expenses and/or hospital income benefit claims
Manage, review, and monitor rules, regulation, policies, and procedure of work disciplinary
• Conduct investigation of employee misconduct, complaints and other impropriate workplace behavior and policy violations. Producing reports detailing matters clearly and concisely, along with suggestion sand corrective actions
• Maintain employee relations case documentation and provide weekly updates to HRM
• Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, formal grievance procedure/ mechanism and other employment matters
