Even after the maximum effort by IT Teams and the consultant,
we could not achieve the desired result of providing DCS application services by today morning.
We deeply regret for the present situation.
Nevertheless, we have made substantial progress to recover the data and proceeding with the restoration.
Due to the volume of data accumulated over the period of 9-10 years, the restoration process require much more time.
Moving forward, we are trying to bring back DCS system to user accessibility by today evening.
And also we would like to inform you that IT teams will be working over the weekend (Sat and Sun) to support business requirements.
