This study was divided into 2 phases as shown below.
Phase I: Studying the integration of ICT into classroom on the 21st century learner
skills for higher education. The tasks could be listed as follows.
1. Analyzing the learning theories and the student-centered methods to be
used for integration of ICT in classroom.
2. Analyzing the ICT pedagogical principles and the characteristics of
contemporary technology that teachers and students familiar with.
3. Defining the scope of the 21st century skills.
