In order to fully cancel the transaction, the buyer needs to confirm that they agree to cancel it. Now, to help you, I have sent an email to the buyer to let them know that you sent a cancellation request. The buyer has 10 days to confirm the cancellation. If after 10 days and the buyer hasn’t confirmed, the requ4est will then expire and you won’t get a final value fee credit.
But not to worry; you can get back to us so we can manually process a credit for you.
