• Practice using passive voice rather than active voice to tone down the sentence. Active voice make “we” and “other” that many times creating the objection.
• Don’t put the slide without the explanation. Some people who could not participate in the meeting need to know what is the reason for that slide. A good example is slide 4 that I put the simple explanation below so that if someone left the room during that time would understand what is it for.
• I changed one slide title to “Corrective & Preventive Actions”. Normally this kind of slide is easily understandable using the table format. A simple format such as – Item, person in charge, due date and progress will help to keep tracking the performance and achievement.
• Good to put the summary at the first page but be very careful if the head (GM PT) does not accept then he will trouble you the whole presentation. I don’t think it’s the case here but I just warn you in some sensitive case.
I just want you to mention that there is nothing new on this. We knew it before and we have been trying to solve but it take time. This is the reason that I have to give Prawit to PT to solve the mess or we won’t have any clue until now.
