II. Statement of the Problem
According to the findings of the study (Vogel et al,2008) approximate cost of expatriate failure is about US$250000 approximately. The failure of expatriates has a US 1 Million lot of repercussions on the morale of the expatriate, the dented relationship with the host country. The effective way to prevent expatriate failure is to effectively plan the IHRM practices. This paper intends to study the IHRM practices with respect to staffing, compensation, cross cultural issues, and performance training, management.
