I actually got the complain from Mr. Chayut since he knew his bonus amount which was lower than his expectation. He would like to know the criteria that his immediate manager rated him. Does he have any weakness to be improved or not? In detail he felt disappointed and unfair for his bonus amount as he said to HR that he always contributed and work hard on his duty but never receive any support from his supervisor.
Therefore may I propose and request his supervisor, Manop L. and Mr. Suchart to clarify with his year end performance appraisal rating, any recommendation or development should be suggested to Mr. Chayut for mutual understanding.
