I recently bought a fast charger for my mobile phone (Samsung Edge S7.
However upon receiving the charger today, October 13th. 2016, I unpacked the box and found out that it is not white and also not he correct stand as I ordered.
I phoned to Lazada and although the lady was very helpful and correct, I explained her I do not want a voucher and nor do I have a bank account in Thailand.
How can we solve this problem ? My opinion the easiest way is to send the correct fast charger and in the correct colour (white) (see photo above).
I have attached the wrongly delivered fast charger for your reverence.
When your messenger is collecting the wrong delivered charger, he can bring the correct one. This saves a lot of time and money. If there are some additional coast
involved with this, I will be happy to pay the difference.
