My complaint letter was finished since Friday afternoon, unfortunately I was failed to send out that day. I therefore re-send this letter to you in attachment.
However just want to update you that the shipment finally was arrived my office in Phnom Penh on Saturday (31st Jan.) around 11.30 am (which it should have been arrived since Friday (30th Jan.) within lunch time.
The main purpose of this complaint letter is not just only want to give you a constructive complaint BUT I want definitely a dramatically change & much improvement on your service especially from your staff, who should aware of the urgency and importance of customer’s requirement.
