I also downloaded Windows 10 yesterday. I am just now trying to print an e-mail letter, and am not able to do that. I have a HP LaserJet P1006. I am not computer literate. I need my printer to work. This is not good. Am I going to have to take everything to a computer store to fix now? I need to be able to print out of Microsoft Word, Excel, Quicken, etc. Or should I reinstall Windows 7?
What exact error message do you receive when you try to print any document? There was no error message -just no printing activity
Did you made any system changes prior to this issue? No
Does this issue persist while printing from specific app or from all programs/app? I haven't tried anything but my e-mail at this time
Is printer connected to PC with wired connection or wireless connection? My printer is not wireless - it is a wired connection. Everything worked fine before Windows 10 download.
