Thank you for contacting the Skrill Help Team.
Please note that in your country of residence all bank transfers are processed as international payments. This means that one or more intermediary banks are involved in the transaction. We have no control over the conversions they may apply and fees they may charge.
We can no longer process bank transfers in USD, so if you currently order such, it will be converted to EUR. However, note that even if you account is in THB, there would still be a conversion applied and the payment will not be executed in the local currency.
For reference on the payment options: https://www.skrill.com/en/fees/
We would like to inform you that once you have made a transaction on your account, the currency cannot be changed.
If you still wish to change your currency, you can close your current account from Settings>Account Settings>Account status>Close and go ahead and open a new account with the currency you wish to use.
Note that before you can close the account, the balance on it needs to be spent.
Also, note that you need to use a different email address. If an email is linked to an account with us (be it a closed one), it cannot be used to open a new account.
Once the new account is created, please get in touch with us to release the payment instruments from your current account.
Also, we would like to let you know that for better protection of your Skrill account you can enable our 2-factor authenticatior option. You can activate it from Settings section once you log in.
We hope you find this helpful.
