¬¬¬BASIC FUNCTION:
1. Directs staffs to achieve the highest standard of service and to maintain good guest relationship.
2. Liaises with chef and beverage team to ensure that F&B are produced at optimum level.
3. Liaises with chief steward to ensure proper maintenance of operating equipments and adequate supply.
4. Liaises with other departments for general cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant and back of house areas.
5. Assist and follow up other tasks as assigned by F&B management as deem appropriate.
6. Report directly to director of food and beverage and assistant F&B manager.
