1. Purpose
These regulations are raw materials and work-in-process and quality materials or for the purpose of
preventing accidents and cause-based quality improvement through the track due to misuse of the
product by specifying the procedures for the identification and traceability of the products obtained.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to Product identification and traceability of Buseong Polycom Thailand.
3. Terms and definitions
1) Identification
By using appropriate means to prevent the misuse of the product or material refers to a product
or to separate, material.
2) Traceablility
By recording the identification means refers to the ability to track the history, application or
location of a product or material refers to the act of to ensure traceability.
3) Product GRADE Nomenclature
A name for the individual products collectively called "GRADE" and are referred to as
a method of naming them "GRADE nomenclature", which is the source element for the
identification of the product.
4. Responsibility and authority
1) Q.C
(1) Decisions and notifications of the period and scope for traceability management.
(2) Identify target items selected for the raw materials.
(3) Traceability requirements upon receipt of the relevant departments to manage traceability from
requirements collection and processing records notice.
(4) Preparation of inspection history records for traceability management.
2) Dept. Production
(1) Decisions, and education/training methods for the identification of raw materials.
(2) Creating and maintaining records of raw materials identified.
(3) How to identify decision on the outgoing product.
(4) Provision of relevant records in accordance with the traceability request.

(1) Decisions, and education/training methods for the identification of raw materials.
