1. Please send all current policy, handbooks, management procedures… relate to employees.
2. Do you have Human Resources system to have all employee database?
3. How do you store and where do you store : contracts, staff personal information, policy, procurement,... is it paper (hard copy)? Is it Electronic data ( soft copy)?
4. Do you have payroll system or prepared by hand? Paid leaves and overtime records – how and where are the records kept?
