OB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic planning, analyze sales and marketing survey to develop business efficiency and profitability within the division with an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful information on market trend and key competitors to identify new market opportunity
Identify opportunities to constantly improve the quality of thinking applied to company business
Analyze business situation both qualitative and quantitative accurately and adopt an effective course of action
Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely and communicating and negotiating with related internal divisions and external partners to maximize the performance of the campaigns
Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues
Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
Monitor and improve processes to ensure alignment across the sales and marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives/activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Female, age not over 35 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuarial, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or any related field
At least 5 years working experience in Business Development or Strategic Planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective and persuasive communicator with good written & verbal communication skill and presentation skill in Thai and English
