In fact I haven’t said it is wrong shipment, Khun Ae from Progressive asking me for the Invoice that of the shipment and I have sent to her what do I have, however she said, she found something didn’t match to the information that she have got, I let her check directly to Ocean Air to avoid mistake to any cases (please see the attached was I have sent to Progressive)
I often got informed from the Progressive that they didn’t got Invoices from the shipments and she always asking for Invoices from my side, I do believe this is not the right way to do Ocean Air should provide them for information of shipments right?
