Customer Care Coordinator หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
• To ensure our customer service expectations (Standard of Agreement) are being met.
• Warehouse visits/ tours: Marketing/Sales/Overseas visitor should be handled by Key Account department.
• Attend monthly or weekly meeting with Airline’s Customer instead Customer Care Manager.
• Support Customer Care Manager on any report required: weekly mishandling/KPI/Customer Visit report/ etc.
• Task depends on request from Airline’s customer (follow up or investigate for some specific issues).
• Ensure all customer contact lists are up for date
• Assistance on Handling with CARE project or other projects that concerned with Airline’s Customer.
