Responsibilities:
Account and Finance
- Verify the authenticity of the document
- Sorting out documents by category to prepare a document to the book keeper.
- Documentation for disbursement and expenses payable on maturity.
- Projected monthly cash-flows.
- Issuance of the certificate of tax deduction at source.
- Preparing taxable income.
- Inventory count every 6 months.
- Making the tax refund from the IRS.
- Documented in the annual report submission to the Department of Revenue and the Department
of Commerce.
