As got information from Builder’s at 5-Mar-2014 Meeting that Mr.Harry (CEO) need to catch up the first shipment of PAC to be on time schedule so he advised that at this period Builder’s had the vessel loading cement in the middle of the River at Rajburana Port in Bangkok lay-can around 20-24/Mar. Transit time from BKK – Yangon = 7-8 days and because of the tight schedule, so he need us to use this vessel for loading PAC Cargo.
2) With this information, despite of MCS already arranged shipment by open top container, we had to follow the instruction from Mr.Harry to change way to transport from container shipment to use combined vessel with Builder’s (follow Builder’s cement vessel schedule)
3) Pls be confirmed again that with this condition, we are now in the situation of uncontrolled vessel status and schedule. We have to use this vessel and do not confirm below matters;
- Schedule of Loading at Rajburana
- ETD BKK
- Transit time from BKK – Yangon
- ETA Yangon
- If there is any cases that make the vessel unable to discharge at Yangon or any delay by this vessel
