The qualitative phenomenology research approach was used to explore the phenomena. This research design helps the researcher to of the phenomena when participants share their experiences (Goulding, 2005).Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) is beneficial to explore personal and social experiences of the participants. A purposive sample of 25 human resource management and organizational development professionals was selectedbusiness organizations of Pakistan. Semi-structured interviews of professionals were conducted and each participant was given the ranytime. Interviews were tape recorded, transcribed and transcriptions of the interview were sent to participants to ensure trustworthiness. Some participants recommended minor changes in the transcriptions. Analysis of the data was conducted using interpretative phenomenological approach. Following questions were asked during semi-structured interviews to address the major phenomena.
