and the aw was 0.87 for the presence of glycerol and fructose. The
sample units showed sediments and extensive gas production. All
the ingredients, i.e. dried herbs, fructose syrup and the hydroalcoholic
extract of black cherry bark were analyzed to determine
the presence of specific contaminants.
