• Responsible for sale target (no. of NEW CitiGold customers to be acquired per month) assigned.
• Work independently to acquire CitiGold customers, through leads, customer visits, events.
• Assess the customer needs and refer appropriately - both depository & Investment products.
• Prepare and execute a sales plan for prospect using internal referral, customer referral, marketing leads and self-generated leads.
• Execute and track own sales activities against goals.
• Transform sales/service transactions into enhanced customer relationship.
• Acquire customers to Citibank through all distribution channels
• Provide customer marketplace feedback to Sales Manager to assist in decision-making and enhancing our products.
• Maintain a current and proficient understanding of progressively complex products and services to increase sales productivities.
• Ensure current and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience.
• Comply all policies and procedures to ensure the safely and security of bank’s customer’s assets.
• Follow all standard procedures to ensure acceptable audit rating for all Banking Products.
• Actively join the sales event, find opportunity to close the sales.
• Deliver superior service to CitiGold customer to increase customer satisfaction & loyalty.
