A lovely setting on the river, this charmingly design bistro is a must for anyone coming to Chantaburi. Try the Pla Kapong Pad Plik Kai Dahm, a saltwater fish lightly deep fried, then sauteed with onions, shiitakes, button mushrooms, carrots, garlic, Thai green peppercorns, leeks. Rich in a dark sauce, it is absolutely tantalizing. Not a spicy dish in the least. Eating in Thailand for 11 years, this is the best fish I have ever tasted here. We also had a side dish of fried rice with Chinese gossamer thin pork jerky and watermelon. This place has a very talented chef! We will eat here again tomorrow, and looking forward to it.
