Lay’s is the well-known brand which basically sees and buys in convenient stores, supermarket, groceries and department stores worldwide. PepsiCo Company produces many kinds of snacks such as chips, Sunbite, Doritos, Cheetos and etc. In each country, there are particular chip’s flavors which people aren’t able to find if they aren’t in that country. Thailand is collectivistic society which means they often stay in groups Therefore, the company created Lay’s original flavor, family pack size (170 grams). This product will be the biggest size ever to response the consumers. Finally, our group decided to choose Lay’s original flavor (170 grams) which focuses on Lay’s original flavor chip in Thailand. The price of Lay’s Family Pack is approximately 55-59 Baht. The price will be changing by the stores.
Less people don’t even know where Lay’s potatoes are from. Someone might think that the company imports the potatoes from America or neighbor countries. Actually, potatoes were planted in Thailand by Thai farmers, especially in the Northern of Thailand. Frito-Lay’s factory was established in April 1st, 1995 in Lampoon Province. The company brought the modern and effective technology to create the products for surprising the consumers. The experts are in charge of the manufactured process to ensure that the goods are under of standard and the complacency of consumers.

Research Design
Research design is simply the framework or plan for a study, used guide in collecting and analyzing data. The team decided to use Descriptive research design for conducting this research. The main goal of this type research is to describe the data and characteristic about what is being studied.
Research Methodology
Our team selected Lay’s, original flavor 170 grams to study product’s marketing. This report will be carried out by secondary source which have already been collected by someone and which have already been passed through the statistical process. The data could be qualitative and quantitative data. Secondary data may either be published data or un- published data. In order to collect and explain the strategies of product, the members have searched on publication, industry journal, online database searches and published market research reports. Using this process is convenient and not complicated. The scope of reports was focused on Lays Thailand marketing. The contents are about Situation Analysis, Marketing Mix Strategy, and Marketing Management. The details of these 3 contents will be show on outline in section 5.
