No intracranial hemorrhage.
- Subtle ill-defined hypodense change at the right sided pons, could be artifact or acute infarction. If clinically indicates, MRI of the brain is advised.
- Two wedge-shaped hypodense lesions at the right high parietal and right frontal regions, could be late subacute to chronic infarction of the right MCA territory.
- Moderate degree of small vessels disease; as described.
