The contemporary taste of Thai cuisine was originated in an early history of this golden land, even before Siam was founded. A variety of meat and seafood together with vegetables, herbs and spice like pepper and garlic was started, around the thirteenth century, to play a major role in Siamese cuisine. Then noodle and the most significant Thai cooking tool like the steel work were introduced to Thailand by the Chinese.
