Your claim was granted on May 19, 2015. Your original payment method has been reimbursed and the credit will appear in your payment method, within 2 to 3 days since the granted date.
If for some reason your claim is resolved independently of the A-to-z Guarantee (for example: you've received the item after the claim is granted), you can withdraw your claim. Withdrawing a resolved claim will result in your payment instrument being recharged.
You should be reimbursed for an item or receive a replacement item prior to withdrawing a valid claim. If you withdraw a claim before a resolution has been reached, you won’t be able to re-open this claim. If you’ve already been reimbursed for the item, a claim should not be withdrawn unless you authorize us to recharge your payment method for the order
