Going into November, we are entering into our slow season. So we are re-planning our manpower requirement, with regards to subcontract workers. We shall be advising the employment agencies of our plan.
Over the last few months, we find that some subcontract workers of employment agencies have very good attendance and performance. So in addition to continuing with the employment agencies' service based on the revised manpower plan, we shall be working with the employment agencies to convert them to be employees of MIL. We estimate this can be up to 20% of the subcontract workers.
We shall continue to use the service of the employment agencies to meet our peak season needs. We shall also continue to look for subcontract workers who have good attendance and performance and convert them to be our employees when opportunities arise.
