Since last quarter of year 2010, Administration Department has proposed to slightly drop the quality of paper by used 70 gram instead of 80 gram which saving cost 15% per ream.
The above cost saving was significant effected in this year by decreasing 28% in total.
The highest paper’s user will be Customer Service Department, Finance and Accounting Division, and Government Affair Department – they have been used during the transferring period in order to send the letter, S&P and other related document to customer.
