Afterwards, the pieces of bark that had been treated with T. atroviride SC1 and half of the untreated pieces were artificially inoculated. This was done by placing one plug of A. gallica rhizomorph andmycelia (333mm) taken from a colony grown for 3 weeks on MEA above the center of each piece of bark.
