As you are aware, I have been paying the expenses, interest and downpayments to the bank for NPH for a long time.
It has come to a stage where I have no more money left in Thailand, and I can therefore not keep pumping money into NPH without any sales happening.
(In December last year, I paid from Norway the THB 700 000,- that was due for October.)
I have now negotiated a deal with Frode Søviknes, Jostein Olsen and Halvor Stafsnes where they, with my help, establish a new company that buys all of the 22 unsold apartments for a total of THB 70mill.
However, only THB 13 650 000,- will get paid immediately, and I propose NPH uses this money to pay debt to bank and condominium. This will then release the title deeds for the sold apartments.
I enclose the agreement that I hope you agree to on behalf of NPH. Unfortunately it is in Norwegian, but please let me know if you would like me to go through it together with you, or if anything is unclear.
I also enclose the constituting documents for "Park Hill Comfort" the company that will be established to buy the abovementioned apartments from NPH. We would very much appreciate if you have an opportunity to participate in this company as well, as the total capital of NOK 3 500 000,- is less than what was originally intended.
We are eager to close this deal as soon as possible in order that we can repay the bank, release the title deeds and pay the condominium before the annual assembly on January 28th.
We think this is important to achieve to get a positive attitude towards NPH on the upcoming general assembly.

1. If you agree to the sale or have any comments?
2. If you can participate in the new company "Park Hill Comfort" that will buy the 22 apartments?
As we will need Frode Søviknes signature to finalize this deal, I will appreciate your swift response, since Frode is going away on Friday this week.
We therefore want to finalize this deal latest Thursday. If you consider to participate in the buying company (Park Hill Comfort) , however, we can delay for some more days in order for you to perform any additional review you may require.
BTW Jan Svendsen has been offered to participate in the buying company, but has declined.
