2. To be responsible for all units of foreign companies, contracts and provide necessary legal support.
3. To be responsible for the company’s major economic behavior issues by providing legal opinions.
4. To be responsible for the relevant legal issues and typical cases investigated.
5. To be responsible for the company’s various legal documents and archive management.
6. To be responsible for participating in various arbitration or litigation involving the company’s activities.
7. To be responsible for employees involvement in legal knowledge training.
